Ranch Cheese Ball

By Every Tradition · Every Tradition
Need a quick, easy appetizer? This cheese ball is a staple around here. You can even make it ahead, freeze and thaw when ready to serve. It always disappears!

Ranch Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • Chopped Pecans or shredded cheese

Directions:
  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch
  2. Shape into a ball or loaf*
  3. Roll in chopped pecans or shredded cheese
*I recently made this (for the 15th or 20th time) and remembered this...when combining ingredients, as the cheese softens, it can be hard to roll into a "perfect" shape. Refrigerate 30 minutes - an hour, shape and roll in nuts or cheese.
