Frugal Fun Fall Snack

By Every Tradition · Every Tradition
I often make these in the Fall and around Christmas. They are inexpensive, and there are never any left when I take them somewhere which means...people enjoy them...at least I do!! These took me 45 minutes to put together, from start to finish. Perhaps a bit more since the last ones dipped are still cooling as I write this. When you finish, put some in clear baggies and share with your neighbors, load up a jar full for your next fall party, or just sit down and enjoy the delightful blend of salty and sweet!

Frugal Fun Fall Snack
Ingredients

  • 1 bag pretzel rods (Great Value from Wal-Mart)
  • 6 squares almond bark
  • 1 container fall colored sprinkles
Instructions

  1. Use a double boiler to melt the almond bark. (I made one out of my pan and a mixing bowl).
  2. Dip the pretzel rods in the almond bark.
  3. Sprinkle with sprinkles.
  4. Let cool over the edge of a plate or on wax paper (if you do not mind one side being flat).
Makes 25-28 pretzel rods.
