Breakfast Favorites: Mom's Best Buttermilk Pancakes

By Every Tradition · Every Tradition
One of my all-time favorite meals growing up was Mom's buttermilk pancakes. Usually we would eat them for dinner- our family has always loved eating breakfast for dinner, and Dad often throws together his omelets for us. He is the best omelet maker!

These pancakes are the best! One note...the only real syrup is "real" maple syrup. Mrs. Butterworth's or Aunt Jemima's just isn't quite as good as the "real thing"!
