Grandpa Kline's Poppycock {Not Your Average Caramel Corn}

Coffee punch is always a huge hit for coffee lovers! It was served at our (Rach and I had a double wedding) wedding, and we have used the recipe many times since! 

Ingredients

• 8 cups water, lukewarm to warm
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup instant coffee
• 1 1/2 gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
• 2 cups half and half

Directions:

1. Combine warm water, sugar and instant coffee. Stir until sugar and coffee have dissolved.
2. Put ice cream in punch bowl.
3. Pour coffee mixture and cream over ice cream and stir to combine.
