Grandpa Kline's Poppycock {Not Your Average Caramel Corn}

When planning your wedding, budget is a very important aspect of your day. As Ronnie and I have planned, we stepped back and looked at the areas most important to us and evaluated where we wanted our money to go.

One area we decided to pinch was our wedding invitations. I have always wanted a very formal invitation and was planning use a shop in town but they just didn't have what I was looking for. Meanwhile, mom found a GREAT site online called Invitations by Dawn and that's where we ORDERED our invitations! (it was a brave moment hitting the payment button!!)

We were so pleased with the company. The product was great and they were very easy to work with. They had our invitations to us within 2-3 weeks and the PRICE was right! And the best part of it all was that my sweet sister Carrie addressed them all for us just beautifully!

So, as you plan your event and are looking for ways to save so you can afford that splurge, remember this tip: Spend on things that make your guests feel comfortable and things that last forever. And shop around for the things that you will soon forget. We NEVER forget a good cake!!
